Virtual Walkthroughs for Premium Real Estate
A Bahraini real estate developer became the first in the GCC countries to use site holographic models as a sales tool. As a result, the customer can now show its clients the intricate design of multiple projects using an interactive holographic model. With a 3D table and glasses, potential buyers can immerse into a virtual environment to walk through future villas even at the construction stage and see their locations, building facades, ﬂoor layouts, and possible interiors.

AR mobile application for Bahrain Governorate
The application allows to view a schedule and venues of Manama Entrepreneurship Week 2017 (Manama, Bahrain) on any mobile device. Install the app and aim your camera on a special label to experience an interactive 3D map of the Kingdom of Bahrain, right on your hand. The label was printed on all materials of the MEW.

Holographic Model of a Residential Complex
Development of a holographic model of a residential complex of elite real estate. Holographic model demonstrated on NettleBox table works as an effective and functional presentation of the premium residential complex to demonstrate the adjacent territory, the exterior and the interior of the complex to customers and partners.

Mobile application with interactive 3D model the data center
"SoB DC" mobile application was developed as a virtual tour aimed to demonstrate engineering, security and infrastructure systems of the data center to a wide audience, interested to learn what the data center is like inside and the way it operates. The virtual tour starts from the menu icon (top left corner), which opens navigation tab between the floors and scenarios to explore engineering systems in action. For example, the application activates seismic protection system when smartphone has been shaken imitating the earthquake, and depicts the moves of the floating basement. Also, the app explains how uninterruptible power supplies start working once the main energy supply is interrupted. 3D model of SoB is also available on NettleBox table.

AR mobile application to present an architectural model
NGN Int developed an easy-to-use application to present the customer's architectural model at the Gulf International Industry fair. To make a precise digital copy of the model, NGN team took its pictures from all sides using special equipment and then created a powerful application based on the photogrammetry and graphical modeling technologies, AR kit for Apple's and a special tag for other devices. Using the app and a smaller size model, BIW has made an engaging interactive presentation of its model industrial city at the fair. The AR app may enable to reduce transportation costs as well as time and labor expenditures on the model assembly, enhance customer loyalty, improve company's PR-campaign, and boost sales.

Infrastructure projects in Augmented Reality
NGN developed a mobile application that allows viewing in augmented reality 3D models of projects constructed under the supervision of Directorate of Public Works (DPW) in Sharjah. The first version contains their two prestigious projects: AlMajaz Amphitheatre and Sharjah Planetarium. The models are interactive and can be explored from different angles and layers. DPW first time demonstrated its infrastructure projects in AR on GITEX 2017.

NGN developed interactive 3D content of the STC data center and helped the company arrange presentation during GITEX 2016. Now the customer can present competences and services provided at trade fairs and sales offices using hologram table Nettlebox.

VR Training Tool For Industrial Equipment
As a part of its newly opened corporate VR Center, the customer requested development of a training tool that helps demonstrate technical processes of specialized equipment and its working principles. It took NGN 1,5 months to model 5 pieces of complex equipment and environment, animate equipment and operations, develop UX / UI, functionality and design an application for HTC Vive pro visualization system. A number of operations for each equipment has been visualized. The company employees can operate equipment and observe how changes in pressure, temperature and specific manipulations affect operation behavior. There is also an X-Ray option to see the insides of the equipment, automatic and manual disassembly. Thanks to screen synchronized with HTC vive kit, multiple spectators can watch an expert do the exercise and then repeat it themselves.

AR App For Festival User Experience
The customer employed an AR app to present an expo venue and key exhibitions of one of the largest festivals in Saudi Arabia. The AR-powered interactive presentation of the festival exhibits was an epic win with wow effect helping the customer drastically improve visitor involvement through a new artwork perception experience. The project was completed on an extremely tight two-week schedule, including the search for presentation designs and AR tag development. The app was based on customer-provided rendered 3D objects, CAD drawings, videos of building and exhibits. In addition, a special AR tag was designed to invoke the venue model. To run the AR app, users pointed the smartphone camera on a special tag and thus got access to a 3D model of the expo venue supported by interesting facts about the festival. Users could interact with exhibits in the augmented reality and even see the exhibits right on the table.
